Frequently Asked Questions and Policies

Thank you for your interest in booking a room decoration with Suite Celebrations. Please review the policies below before submitting your request.

We service Panama City and Panama City Beach area.  We can travel to Destin, 30A, Mexico Beach, and Port St. Joe for an additional $75 travel fee.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.  Last minute requests (under 7 days) may be accepted, subject to availability.

Once your booking request is submitted, you will receive an invoice with payment details if date is available. Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you.

Do not fill out the form if you're not ready to make a deposit however you can browse through the booking form. No deposit means no confirmation.

Hotels- decorators name must be added to the reservation to pick up a card at the front desk, or you can meet in the lobby to hand off room key.

Air BnB/Condos - door code to be given before arrival.

Booking and Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled setup time. Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of services.  Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date, with at least a 72 hour notice.  Same day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit all payments made.

Please note that balloons may slightly deflate due to room temperature changes, which is normal and beyond the decorator’s control.

We require privacy of the room/space when decorating.
Most set ups take 2 - 3 hours

Cleanup, Breakdown & Liability

Décor is left in the room after the setup is completed excluding custom decor items. Cleanup and breakdown services are not included unless selected in advance

Optional next-morning cleanup and breakdown services are available for an additional $75 and must be requested at the time of booking. For clients who booked this cleaning service, you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb at least an hour before checkout time.  Cleanup is for Suite Celebrations decor only and does not include any other items.

Please be aware that some hotels or venues may charge additional cleaning fees for excessive décor, including balloons or rose petals. Any fees imposed by the venue are the client’s responsibility. The decorator is not liable for cleaning fees or damages resulting from venue policies, housekeeping standards, or third-party actions
